$25 Bluestocking Cooperative Bookstore Gift Card Giveaway Rules
1. Eligibility This giveaway is open to all subscribers of the Perspectives for Progress (P4P) newsletter on the Perspectives Media platform. Only for those who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and relatives of employees of Perspectives Media are ineligible to participate.
2. How to Enter Participants must complete the Perspectives for Progress survey during the giveaway period to be automatically entered into the draw. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Giveaway Period The giveaway begins on May 16, 2025 at 8:00PM and ends on June 25, 2025 at 8:00PM. All survey entries must be received within this period to qualify for the drawing.
4. Prize One (1) winner will receive a $25 gift card to Bluestocking Cooperative Bookstore. The gift card is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the discretion of Perspectives Media.
5. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected randomly using an Excel randomizer from among all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on June 26, 2025, and the winner will be notified via email within five (5) days following the selection. Perspectives Media is not responsible for any winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within (5) days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
6. Publicity Participation in the giveaway constitutes permission for Perspectives Media to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
7. Terms & Conditions Perspectives Media reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the giveaway should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond Perspectives Media’s control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the giveaway.
8. Limitation of Liability By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Perspectives Media and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
9. Disputes THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF New Jersey, USA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New Jersey, USA having jurisdiction.
